  • Have a firm understanding of the most recent Responsive Design & Development theories

  • Be able to use/modify/write jQuery and Javascript
  • Have a working knowledge of Front End PHP
  • Have working examples of custom WordPress theme development including custom post types, custom queries and custom page templates without relying on plugins

  • Be able to thrive in a team collaboration environment
  • Be able to thrive under pressure and intense deadlines
  • Not be afraid to work in dark places (they call it the Dev Cave for a reason)

It would be AWESOME if you:

  • Have a general knowledge of CMS based platforms, a history of working within any specific platform is a plus, especially creating custom themes and custom content types.
  • Have experience creating sitemaps, functionality requirements, user stories, and user flow diagrams
  • Have experience creating wireframes, especially interactive prototypes in the browser
  • Have experience with Server Side PHP and MySQL
