Responsibilities

  • Establish a strategic relationship with clients and serve as a business consultant and primary contact
  • Uncover opportunities to drive business growth within new and existing accounts
  • Review and analyze client-facing reports
  • Communicate wins, opportunities, and objectives to clients
  • Monitor and present new and upcoming marketing trends to clients
  • Engage in day-to-day communication with the client for strategic and new opportunities
  • Adjust accounts quickly to accommodate for changing environments
  • Provide clear client feedback to internal teams
  • Rally internal teams to create strategic recommendations and bring new ideas to the table
  • Develop, manage, and pursue SOWs, change orders, and addendums
  • Monitor client satisfaction, identify emerging issues and escalate internally
  • Stay calm and cool and steer projects through occasional storms
  • Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
  • Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
  • Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects

Requirements

  • 4+ years of agency experience
  • Proven work experience as an account manager
  • Hands-on experience with a client or clients in the healthcare industry
  • Hands-on experience with project management software
  • Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Communication and team management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
