Challenge

Marley Park’s branding occurred in early 2013, when Arizona was still reeling from the housing market collapse and was still far from recovery. It was at this time that Bigfish was tasked with the almost insurmountable ask of helping a community brand itself as the perfect place for both young and old families to call home.

Solution

We set about shooting custom photography, creating a new logo and messaging, as well as developing key marketing assets, such as a website, commercial video, and digital and traditional media.
