Vistancia is located in Peoria, Arizona and is made up of three different lifestyle living communities. Together, they create a diverse, yet specialized, living experience for each of their audiences. Bigfish was engaged to to enhance the Vistancia brand of Vistancia and roll out the brand to appropriate audiences.

Solution

To drive commercial growth in the area, Bigfish researched, analyzed, wrote, and designed a feature brochure to entice businesses to move into the commercial park, named Commercial Core. The brochure introduced Commercial Core and the advantages that it offered to it’s mixed use occupants. To drive resident lead generation and home sales across all three communities, Bigfish designed and developed a website with a conversion path for every user. To continue to drive traffic and build brand awareness, Bigfish proposed and executed an SEO and PPC engagement that continued to introduce the Vistancia brand to new prospects. The community of Vistancia at large saw a successful up-tick on home buyer leads and sales following their partnership with Bigfish. Both home inquires and foot traffic through sales offices of the communities reached an all time high, even through a stagnant market.
